is a program which introduces you to move with greater confidence, self awareness and purpose. This program will teach you the body and mind skills for how to move from a stroll to a brisk walk, a brisk walk to a shuffle, a shuffle to a slow jog and be able to maintain that for 20 - 30 minutes.

It’s for people aged 60+ who are keen to have a go and master the art of jogging and moving with greater purpose, vitality and consistency. To perhaps move like they have always wanted, and unsure how to start and maintain. It’s for people who know they need to move more for their cardio and lifestyle health and don’t know where to start. Or for those who know they need to move more but don’t want to! We start with the movement you are doing right now and build on to find the best version of you.

It is designed to focus on your individual style and pace. Many people say they can’t run, and what I have learnt is that they can actually “run” however they have not been able to learn the skills needed to find and maintain their individual pace. At this point, and totally out of breath, they give up thinking they can’t run. The success of working with such clients is that they can now jog comfortably for 30 minutes and are very happy with their new cardio strength and endurance.

You will be able to keep up with the grandkids more or feel stronger and happier knowing you are doing what you can to add to staying strong and healthy.

Now more than ever we all know the importance to keep moving to stay strong and stay healthy.

I have 31 years of my own running experience and I have completed 3 full marathons and countless half marathons. These days, I like to maintain my fitness so I can manage 20 - 30 minutes of my version of jogging, a couple of times each week. As a mature age jogger, I know the many ins and outs to be able to move smarter not faster to achieve longevity with my jogging.

I recommend this program for those who want to progress from a walk to a shuffle, from a shuffle to a jog or for experienced runners who might have stopped due to repeated injuries.

Remember, it’s never too late to start moving and create change in your life for a healthier, fitter, and happier you.
